If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use our Services. By using our Services, you accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the site you are using.

CALLIE reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect how we are collecting, processing and sharing your data, and if we make changes, we will notify you by revising the effective date at the top of this Policy.

Before you upload and/or share personal information of others through our service, please ensure that you have the consent of such persons to do so.
Other Information Contained in Your Photos, When you upload your photos to our platforms your photo content may also include related image information such as the time and the place your photo was taken, tags and similar information stored by your image capture device.

We may disclose and share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers and affiliates for purposes outlined in this Policy, such as order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing.

7. Your Rights

For the security of your personal information, we cannot respond to a request to access or delete information unless we are able to both verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you and/or your household. If you have an account on any of our Sites and Apps, we may verify your identity by having you log in to your account. If you do not have an account on our Sites and Apps, we will attempt to verify your request by asking you to provide identifying information that we will match to information in our files. We will only use that information for the purpose of verifying your identity or another's authority to make the request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your agent will need to provide a Power of Attorney authorizing the agent to act on your behalf, or will need to complete the same verification procedures that would be required for a request submitted by you directly, and provide information that allows us to verify your authorization. 8. Additional Privacy Matters
8.1 Children's Data - Our Website is not directed at children under the age of 18. If a minor has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us immediately to remove the relevant personal information and unsubscribe the minor.
8.2 Transfers of Your Personal Data Outside the US - This Privacy Policy only applies to residents of the United States. If you are a resident of another country, please see the applicable CALLIE Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that is specific to your jurisdiction, which is generally available on the local version of the App or Site or through the Privacy Center. Please note that when you use our Services, your personal data may be transferred or accessed outside of the United States, and those countries may have different data protection laws than those in the US. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers as permitted by applicable laws. For these transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards as permitted under applicable law and standards. If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, accessed, or maintained outside of the United States, please understand that you may not be able to order products from the Services.
9. Additional State-Specific Privacy Rights and Notices
In addition to the rights described in "Your Rights”above, the following rights and notices apply to residents of the states listed below.
9.1 If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user, you may request the removal of content you have publicly posted. Please note that removal may not be complete due to the nature of content reposted by others. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, because, for example, some of your content may have been reposted by another visitor to our websites.
9.2 Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to request that a company not sell their personal information for monetary consideration to certain other parties. This right applies even if their personal information is not currently being sold. 11. Your Photos
The photos and other content that you upload to your account ("Your Content") may include personal information about you or others. You should confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals appearing in Your Content before uploading or sharing such content. We will treat your content as confidential and only share it with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing our services. These providers are obligated not to use Your Content for any other purpose.
We value the trust you place in us when you store your Content on our platform, and we can assure you that we treat your Content as private information that belongs to you. We share your photos only in order fulfillment and providing our services. In order to provide our service, the CALLIE employees and agents who work to fulfill your order and service your account may see your Content in the course of performing their jobs. Similarly, if you order a product that includes Your Content, we may share Your Content with service providers who help us fulfill your order. These parties are only allowed to use your photos to perform services for CALLIE, though – they can't use them for any other purpose.
